Challenge:

In 2011 Jaguar created Spark44, an in-house ad agency, to rev up sales for their iconic automotive brand. The agency hit the ground running, and positive changes started to happen almost immediately. As sales increased so did the demand for more marketing and creative support.

Solution:

To keep up with this demand, the agency enlisted the services of at least one seasoned covert operative who could walk into a situation, immerse themselves in the brand and begin making positive contributions from Day One. This agent has been retained on an as-needed basis since the earliest days of Spark44, assimilating himself into the agency’s workplan and dedicating himself to their steady string of growth and success.
